EVERY ITEM is and will be shipped directly from our warehouse that is ONSITE
 We ONLY Ship within the 48 U.S states! We can USUALLY ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (ONLY) items less than 20 pounds and/or under 12x12x12in for no extra charge; however sometimes a service charge may be required usually ranging for only a couple dollars for each item. We do NOT ship items over 12x12x12 and/or over 20 pounds to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at this time. Other US locations like Guam, Vergin Islands, etc… We DO NOT currently ship to.

Packages are usually sent by USPS or FedEx and include tracking and delivery confirmation. Please use the shipping calculator in the ‘Shipping and Payments’ tab for prices and options if any other options are available for this item/s.

Please allow up to 1 business day for shipping however most items are shipped out the same day the order is received. With that said once the item leaves our hands we have NO control of late delivery’s. If an item is late or damaged and out of our control (in route) contact your carrier to inquire about the status or open a damage claim with the carrier. Also send us a message. We will try to help in any way we can. All packages come insured and with a tracking number. Once a tracking number is provided it is out of our hands as it has been passed along to the carrier and is on its way. If you have any other shipping questions please let us know.
